iFocus has been awarded the contract to rebuild the new Adult Multicultural Education Services (AMES) web site.
AMES is a pre-eminent provider of language and employment services for the multicultural community, and are a major part of the Government's Job Network program.
With a focus on communication, business development and process support for multicultural audiences locally and internationally, the revised web site will become a flagship for AMES' marketing efforts into the future.
"The real challenge will be supporting the eleven (11) languages required whilst delivering a positive and of course comfortable user experience for the diverse audience group", states iFocus Managing Director, Greg Muller.
iFocus established a highly credentialed team for the project that includes technical development and design firm Commercial Interactive Media, multilingual specialist eTranslate and web architecture firm Internet Architecture to deliver a total solution for AMES. The site will deliver secure course booking and payment facilities for students as well as provide extranet facilities for AMES strategic partners. A distributed content authoring environment will also be employed to assist with content maintenance and approval processes.
