Dealers and staff learn online
Mazda Australia

Once delivered as classroom training to only a few staff, Mazda Australia’s product training is now being delivered online to staff at dealerships nationally, accelerating their time to competence and enabling progress tracking and reporting. Developed in a rapid authoring tool, training is maintained in-house employing video and animations that are used across the Mazda website and interactive information kiosks.

Specialties applied: Learning design, Learning Development and User Experience Design.

QR on the move
QR (Queensland Rail)

Following on from the strategic work that iFocus has been engaged in with QR, a full research and analysis of the internal user’s online requirements was recently undertaken. This incorporated an intranet/portal online proof of concept to demonstrate how the different user groups and differing needs accessed the richness of QR’s information and documentation.

Simplifying health insurance
Medibank

Always looking to make their site even easier to use, Medibank sought our help in refining their site navigation. Medibank and iFocus worked collaboratively with Medibank's front-line staff to better understand how customers looked for information and performed a card sorting exercise to make recommendations on ways to improve the site navigation.

Student enrolment web portal
University of Queensland (UQ)

iFocus conducted an IRIS™ (Integrated Review of Internet Systems) of a prototype design of the redeveloped mySI-net application (Student Enrolment Portal). We later conducted a detailed usability review with the primary purpose being to evaluate the strengths and/or weaknesses of the proposed design. Task-based usability audits coupled with a series of usability testing sessions were run with representative users.

Personalising the online shopping experience
Vodafone - online store

User friendly consumer web portal for all
Kamco
