Janet Brimson, iFocus Partner, Knowledge, Learning and Human Performance, shares her vision for the future of online government services, “For true digital enablement to occur across this country, Australia should be viewed as the enterprise and all three tiers of government would take an enterprise view to online service provision.” In such an environment, departments would leverage each other’s capabilities, reducing duplication of effort, and streamlining the delivery of common information and services.
iFocus is committed to providing IT services targeted to the needs of government. To share your vision for online government services or to voice questions or concerns, please contact iFocus.
