Greg Muller, iFocus Managing Director was invited to present at the recent IQPC 'Intranet Content Management for Government' conference held in Canberra on 28 August 2001.
Presenting on the topic 'From reality to vision and back - Strategies, rhetoric and directions for the knowledge journey', Mr Muller reminded delegates on how the content, processes and communication methods within our organisations have been directly impacted by the rhetoric of technology.
The paper highlighted the importance of corporate taxonomies (standard naming classes) and the role they play in organisational content management models.
