What are program and project management?

Program management is the process of managing multiple on-going projects within an organisation. Project management is the process of managing a set of tasks to achieve a goal or project outcome. The use of proven program and project management approaches contribute to the assurance that project(s) will be delivered to business expectations.

Project management

Our project management and delivery process—inception-2-implementation (i2i)—is based on the Prince2 Project Management Methodology. The methodology separates the project management and reporting process from the solution development process to provide an objective and independent level of project tracking, review, control and reporting.
